De Nieuwe Boterham
One of Antwerp's more recent gay arrivals, De Nieuwe Boterham (The New Sandwich) opened on 15 March 2024, with domestic and professional partners David Bruylandt and Sandro Cossero (Mister Leather Pride Belgium 2017) serving home-made breakfast, lunch and tea-time treats, including viennoiserie, myriad sandwiches, elaborately stuffed bagels, various croque options, soups and Pannenkoeken (pancakes), all of a certain standard. Breakfast (9am—1pm), lunch (12 noon—4pm) and afternoon tea (2pm–4pm). Located in the central historic district. Closed Wednesday. Also written as 'De nieuwe boterham'.
