Theater Hotel Formerly: Alfa Theater Hote

A superior location and minimalist design mark this 4-star hotel as a very good option. Built in 1973 as part of the now-defunct Alfa chain, the 127-room independent enterprise offers both modern and classic sleeping quarters, with the most recent remodelling done in 2016. Each floor differs in style. As of 2023 prices can dip to a low of €125 and only occasionally go higher than €200, depending on the usual various factors. There are even a few rooms for which smoking is allowed on outdoor terraces (by arrangement). Location couldn't be more central and consumer-convenient. Since the pandemic, the restaurant is closed and there is no longer room service. Back in 2017 this was one of three hotels listed as offering a deal in conjunction with Cargo Club/Red & Blue in 2017, guaranteeing free entry to the club (along with De Keyser Hotel and Theater Hotel).
