Fans of Waregem-born Ann Demeulemeester's fine and sometimes adventurous clothing designs will want to visit her flagship address – an elegant and striking two-storey corner space set in a reinvented late-19th-century school. Marked by white walls, a beautiful beamed ceiling and parquet flooring, it's a splendid place to buy something pricey and gorgeous/fabulous/beautiful. Located ever so close to good clothing shops and restaurants. Born in 1959, Demeulemeester is a key player among a group of select local designers known as the Antwerp Six. However, Demeulemeester left her own fashion house in 2013, with Sébastien Meunier overseeing as artistic director.
