A reinvented bank posing as a fashion mecca, and it works, especially if your wallet can brave the storm. High 16th-century ceilings, manly classical columns, stained glass and a rotunda lend gravitas and reassurance to a collection that includes (in 2023) Gucci, Saint Laurent, Valentino, Off-White, Balmain Paris, Givenchy, Prada and Versace. You might need to check your bank situation before entering this former bank. At one time there was an adjacent and suitably swish Verso café and bar, but this is no longer.
